@makemytrip Jahnavi apologised and asked to check what can be done. As my call got dropped off, i called customer care again, this time (Padmashree) picked up, she told that as per property policy only one night could be refunded as she was unaware that I was present in the earlier call.

@makemytrip When the call started, Jahnavi said to property person that she sent the medical certificate on 16th to which the property person mentioned that since MMT did not share the medical certificate on 15th hence the property will penalize 1 night stay
