@MayorofLondon This is a truly awful way of robbing the hard working people of their money. Penalising those who don't pay the charge and skyrocketing the penalty fee if they can't pay. I spoke to TfL today who said if people can't afford it, they will get bailiffs to recover. Shame on you.
@MayorofLondon How do you rationalise charging people who don't live in London for being in a ULEZ zone unaware when only visiting for 2 days and then when I offer to pay the Ulez charge , its refused and now its nearly £400?? How? Are you aware there is a cost of living crisis?
@TfL Can you explain how you rationalise charging people nearly £400 for a Ulez penalty charge when your letters don't arrive on time and no one answers the phone? Absolute disgrace.
@MoneybarnUK Still nothing! I bet if I cancel direct debit you will have a response? No replies to my emails and then telling me the complaint is dealt with. It isn't! No one knows what they are doing at your call centre! No response. Ombudsman and media might be the way to go.
@MoneybarnUK Absolutely disgraceful customer handling. Have sent information about my complaint and I am getting emails claiming you have dealt with it. Different customer agents each time with no information on my case. Can anyone answer the phone and deal with this?
@LFCHelp Still no upload to my NFC pass for tonight's game so have removed it and went to re-add and now the NFC download button is greyed out? What can I do here? I have the ticket sat in my account but no NFC pass option. Thanks
@LFCHelp Hi - I can see the ticket has been forwarded to me but it isn't showing in my NFC pass and it won't let me download it again from the membership area. How do I get it on my pass to get entry tomorrow night?
@pegasusdestek I intend to reach out to your CEO next Mehmet T Nane as I am being treated awfully by your customer service team. All I have asked for is the penalty charge to be lifted and I will pay the difference to change the flight but no, an official NHS email and test strip isn't enough!

Still no response @LFCHelp so how do if get a refund on the ticket that my friend has before Sunday? Then I will buy it again and assign to someone else. Ridiculous.
Still waiting to hear back @LFCHelp happy to get a refund and buy it as GS ticket lol but seems like a hassle when I could just print it as I already paid for it 🤔 empty seat for no reason otherwise. Appreciate any help on this. Emailed over a week ago and nothing. Now this.
