@drm_dli @RailwaySeva In those AC waiting rooms, passengers without any AC reservations was getting access with same nominal charge as pessengers with AC reservations. That' s why those waiting rooms were overcrowded. So this system is totally uncomfortable for Ac reserved passengers. @drm_dli

Privatisation hits hard when get to know your waiting room services are sold to private companies and even with AC reserved ticket, you have to pay for waiting room in Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station.

Section 87A & utility needs urgent attention

All this for AY 24-25 , for which we are filling ITR right now and has due date 31st july ( just a week left)

Crores of ITR have been filed and still crores of Returns are being filled in this week

kindly intervene @IncomeTaxIndia in this and make suitable changes
this is due to faulty utility

What wrong is happening this year ITR for AY 24-25?

1. Utility has made a new law that Special rate of income will not get rebate u/s 87A. Do kindly check as per Income tax Act, 1961 and there should be rebate for All incomes below 7 lac ( except LTCG 112A) to the extent 25K

2. Utility unnecessarily gives higher rebates when normal income is below 7 lac but special rate income is really huge . In such case, Rebate is not available as per law
