I booked a cab through @makemytrip and my trolley bag fell off the top carrier near Uchauliya Thana because the driver didn’t secure it properly.
This happened due to the driver’s negligence, and I’ve suffered a major loss of belongings.I request @makemytripcare for refund.

When we realised the bag was missing, we returned to the same route and checked nearby areas. We reviewed CCTV footage at Himalayan Hotel, where a couple on a motorcycle was clearly seen picking up my trolley bag and leaving with it.

The bike number plate is not clearly visible in the CCTV footage from the hotel, but it can likely be identified from Maigalganj Toll Plaza CCTV, as all vehicles crossing that route pass through the toll.

Today while travelling on NH30, my trolley bag kept on the roof carrier of our car fell off mid-way near Uchauliya Thana (District Lakhimpur Kheri). We did not notice it immediately and continued our journey.
