Several months ago this IVC filter had been placed by IR/DR Resident Dan Bodmer in a patient with DVT and PE with contraindications to AC. The filter is no longer needed (patient on AC), so IR/DR Resident Sameer Singhal removed it. #nofilter #teamwork @BWHRadEdu
