This is extremely frustrating and feels like deliberate delay tactics. I paid for a new product, not a defective or used one. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take this matter to consumer court. Hoping for a quick resolution. @AmazonHelp

I immediately filed for a return, but the experience has been worse. Pickup is getting rescheduled every single day with random and false reasons.

This clearly indicates the laptop was previously opened/activated. On top of that, the battery is draining unusually fast, raising more concerns about the product quality.

As soon as I checked the warranty at midnight, it already showed a start date of Dec 9, 2025 — meaning 3 months of warranty is already gone. A “new” product shouldn’t have this.
