@FirstBSA I appreciate that but leaving people completely unaware of an affected service is just really unacceptable. The dozen + people waiting for a M3 bus into town just want to know whether to give up and go home.

@FirstBSA 19:20 and 19:40 from the centre towards Emerson's Green did not turn up and I was told, neither did the 19:00. I had to pay for an Uber which is not OK.

To follow this up, three buses didn't turn up with no mention of anything cancelled on the app or on the board. What an absolute shambles.
