I don’t often rant, but I DO NOT recommend @Target Optical! Just an FYI! I paid almost 3x as much as I normally do with insurance!

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

@Uber @Uber_Support I wish I could say your customer service is stellar! However it leaves a lot to be desired! Charges without documentation is a terrible business practice/wrong! Customer service’s explanation failed to clear up anything!

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

@Uber_Support Thank you. I have sent you a direct message.

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

@Uber_Support I am not sure why I got a message about how the support was when my issue was not even addressed/responded to. I’d like clarity on the mystery charge on my account and a response from my previous request over a month ago about a cancellation fee! Please advise!

@AmericanAir I’ve been waiting 11 days to hear back from your customer relations team regarding a less than favorable experience on my recent trip. This is after calling AA and driving to 2 separate airports to resolve the issue! Should not be this hard to get something fixed!

Does anyone know the name of the song they played during one of the intro stories on #AmericanNinjaWarrior tonight? The lyrics were 🎶“it’s human to struggle, it’s human to doubt...never give up” 🎶

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

Dear @AmericanAir on a day you’re probably getting lots of grief, major shout out to the ladies and gentleman at gate C18 in Charlotte working right now and the lovely lady and gentleman at C6 for making my Christmas wishes come true!

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

@FayetteMall why is the entire mall open at 9am during the holiday season except for Guest Services?

[Samantha Essid @Samiam007]

Sunday’s this time of year are my favorite...I make long to-do lists and then end up spending the day sitting on the couch watching hallmark Christmas movies 😆 🤷‍♀️ #HallmarkChannel #ChristmasMovies
