Appalled by d sheer harassment of senr citizens at Ariadaha Post Office, Kolkata-56. My 73yo father needs an Adhaar name correction, but online isn't allowed & this PO handles only 5 tokens/day!! People are forced to queue frm 4am in this heat. Terrible!

My father (sr. citizen) has been struggling to renew his Good Health Policy (71250004222******0004). A cheque submitted in September didn’t go through due to Axis Bank's issue (- this is what a bank employee communicated)
