Twitter is such a funny place. You say, “I don’t like bread and akara,” and someone, probably drunk on whatever it is that feeds that spirit of ruckus and verbal shalayeing, quotes your tweet and says, “So that means bread and akara is bad? That you are ashamed of your culture? You are a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourself.” And you, the person who actually made the post, are left wondering where exactly in those six words you made such an admission. Then the idiots in the comments latch on to that particular quote and begin following the same brainless logic, tackling your position as though you had ever said what they are now furiously arguing against. And when you tell them, “But I never said that,” they insist on making you accept what you never said in the first place. I have never understood this peculiar need people have to invent an argument for you, defeat it, and then congratulate themselves for winning an argument you were never having.
You need boredom. A lot of it. Start by going on walks without music. No stimulation. No distractions of any kind. Discipline looks boring. Consistency looks boring. Building something real looks boring.
But it's those "boring" days that stack into the life everyone wishes they had. The fake flex fades. The real ones last.

Imagine just trading back and forth....
Taking your account to a reasonable profit level, loosing again and getting into drawdown, breaking even and coming back to drawdown, discovering new things from study, backtesting and seeing it work, trying to implement it on your account
and it goes south, watching the trades you thought were low probability play out just fine while the ones you took get stopped out, trying to study what might really be wrong sometimes but it just end in hours spent in frustration not understanding a single probable cause of
