@StudioPurple2 This is a condition known as diabetes insipidus when one of the hormones which controls the fluid balancein your body is lacking or your body is not responding to it.

What we are talking about here is a specific subgroup of this condition.

and personal experience in managing this complex group of patients;
any higher level endocrinology evidence is more than welcome @Karavitaki_Niki 😀

Refer to your local guidelines and talk to you seniors and neuro- endocrinology colleagues early..
This is a rare but potentially life threatening condition if not treated properly and promptly.
This is of particular importance in children with craniopharyngioma
