They both have points - I don’t think anyone should be filmed without initial prior warning or consent when specifically spoken to. Most people will get their back up or be skeptical. Also he was not in the park he was sitting on a wall.

People coming to this country should also understand people will be curious and ask questions based on thousands of undocumented men entering the country. People have a right to know who’s coming in the country as the government aren’t screening people properly.

Looking likely that, as I suspected, the man is special needs, most likely autistic and using Makaton there when pointing his little finger with a clenched fist to say "Bad".

I was only there myself a week ago and quite often you see these autistic chaps being "looked after" by foreigners, usually African, who seem to spend more time talking to each other and looking at their phones, than paying attention to what their client is actually doing.

Not saying that's necessarily the case here, but I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Sagal Abdi-Wali has made history as the first British Somali person elected as an MP, winning the Holborn and St Pancras by-election.

The 42-year-old Labour politician arrived in the UK as a child refugee from Somalia. Before entering Parliament, she worked as a housing officer and went on to become leader of Camden Council.

Her priorities include tackling homelessness and increasing affordable housing.

She says she hopes her election will help more people from similar backgrounds feel represented in Parliament.
