Prompts don’t always create the best ideas.
Visual collisions do.
I found a blue UI in Neuform, remixed it into a retro pixel theme, then added physics so the blocks bounce around like arcade pieces.
I didn’t “think” of the idea first.
The community UI triggered it.
I made a Mac video editor that auto-zooms, cleans audio, adds captions and makes UGC videos with Images 2.0, Grok Imagine and Seedance 2.0.
I've been using this for all my latest videos.

how to use Google's NEW open source Design.md + AI Skills to make your startup look like a $100 million company in 1 hour:
1. Design.md is an open source file from Google that captures the soul of a design. Typography, colors, spacing, all in one markdown file. You attach it to your prompt and your agent builds beautiful things every time.
2. Think of it this way. The HTML is the finished dish. The design.md is the recipe. The skills are the ingredients. Put them together and everything you build looks consistent and professional.
3. Don't create a design system from scratch. Find a brand you love. Linear, Stripe, Vercel, whatever resonates. Study it. Use ChatGPT or Claude to help you extract the design language into your own design.md file.
4. Build skills on top of your design.md. A landing page skill. A mobile app skill. A motion design skill. A slide deck skill. Each one references the same design.md so everything looks like it came from the same designer.
5. The biggest mistake people make: they nail one screen and then everything else looks generic. Design.md solves this. One file keeps every page, every format, every medium consistent.
6. Use it across everything. Your landing page. Your app. Your pitch deck. Your promo videos. Same DNA. Same taste. Same system. That's what separates a startup that looks real from one that looks vibe-coded.
7. Build a second brain for design inspiration. When you see something beautiful in the real world or online, capture it. Save it. When you're building something new, reference it. Taste is developed, not downloaded.
8. It's obvious but the difference between a product people trust and a product people bounce from is how it looks and feels. Design.md gives you that edge.

shoutout to @mengto for coming on @startupideaspod and walking through his full workflow.
if you want to use AI to actually build gorgeous designs, you'll want to use see this.

Neuform + DESIGN.md might be the missing piece behind a lot of generic AI design.
If your AI builder supports attachments, this workflow can usually work there too.
I recorded a 19-minute breakdown.
Comment and I’ll send it.
DESIGN.md is becoming one of the most important files in AI design.
I kept the same landing page layout, used 5 different UI inspirations, and got 5 strong visual variations with one simple workflow:
download the DESIGN.md
attach it with the HTML
use one prompt
I’ve been testing a tool that does something interesting.
It doesn’t just generate a UI.
It shows you how the idea can evolve.
One image becomes a layout.
One layout becomes a remix.
One remix becomes a completely new direction.
The best part is the design tree.
You can literally follow the evolution.
Comment Neuform if you want to explore the 16 components or just extract the design DNA.
Neuform is now live ! Congrats to @MengTo for the launch!
You can generate next-level designs, remix on top of remixes, turn design systems into skills.
Can't believe this is all AI-generated.
Try it now with a free account.

This tool is dangerously addictive and replacing how I design 👀
What @MengTo is building here is honestly next level. He built an AI tool that doesn’t just generate UI… it creates with a real design system behind it, and everything is reusable as prompts.
You can start from a simple idea or an image, generate multiple directions, then keep remixing and stacking iterations on top of each other.
One layout quickly turns into multiple polished variations. What used to take hours of exploring now takes minutes.
I’ve been beta testing it for the past few weeks, and it honestly feels like a cheat code. Part of me doesn’t even want to share this 😅
I can’t say too much yet, but I had to record a demo because the results were just too good.
This thing is seriously addictive.
This premium wellness recovery concept was generated in HTML with AI, then turned into a fully accurate React version.
I mainly guided the vision while AI handled the build.
What I like with Aura is that responsiveness is considered early, not left for the end.
The React conversion only needed a small CSS fix.
That design-to-build workflow keeps getting better.
Both files are fully remixable if you are interested.
