Having worked adjacent to them, "lazy" is the last word I'd use for From Software. They're craftsmen through and through.
30 FPS is likely a business call, not a reflection of their work ethic. In general, calling devs lazy is one of the most naive, entitled takes in gaming.
@AryaTayebi Take it with a grain of salt, but I speculate that Corporate has something to do with it. Taken how Murray seemed when they revealed the in-game shop, some of the anecdotes about Nakatsu, combined with the balancing up til now gives me the feeling that something's fishy.
