@Nate__Walter @AlexaKaye3@butterball I think offering the text in option is very clever. I have not seen any other brand do this, and it is an effective way to have a personal relationship with a consumer. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@butterball A4. Turkey is iconic and also very difficult to make... correctly. I think it is a great idea for @butterball to tweet out reminders and tips for this Thanksgiving. I might suggest that they pay for their tweets to be sponsored and show up on everyone's timeline. #UAkronMarketing
@AMaculaitis@AlexaKaye3@OnePoll@Sabra I agree that they should not discourage a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. This would negatively affect their market. They can promote a Friendsgiving without abandoning the traditional choices. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3 @Nate__Walter @OnePoll@Sabra I think the younger generations could get on board because we tend to be more health conscious. A lot of consumers are now vegetarian or vegan. Hummus is a side that can be enjoyed by almost everyone and is relatively cheap compared to other options. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@OnePoll@Sabra A3. When I think of Thanksgiving, I don't typically think of hummus. Sabra should promote their hummus as a food that brings people together. By making a commercial with a Friendsgiving theme and incorporating their food, I would feel more inclined to purchase. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@Tesla@Ford@sundeep@elonmusk A2. I think both brands will be affected positively. Loyal customers of the companies will be drawn in and excited to see the battle between the two models. The outcome is not likely to change many consumer opinions and will attract new customers to the brands. #UAkronMarketing
@DDemjanjuk@joel_garvin@AlexaKaye3@facebook While I think changing the style for younger consumers is a good idea, it might negatively affect the older audiences. People that have been using Facebook for years could be less receptive to the changes and no longer understand the app. #UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@facebook A1. The results from this new branding could both positively and negatively affect Facebook. This mainly depends on a consumers view of Facebook. For example, younger audiences are less likely to use Facebook and may avoid other products that come from the brand. #UAkronMarketing
@yanna61744973 @AlexKrallman I think this is a great idea! We are very fortunate to have the education and technology we do. I would love to see brands bring this to third world countries! #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@AlexKrallman 2. I would love to see cause marketing directed toward domestic violence, climate change, and orphanages/children in need of a home. I feel these are important topics that do not see enough support from huge corporations. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@AlexKrallman 1. @TOMS is an example of a brand that participates in cause marketing. For every pair of shoe bought, they donate a pair to a child in need. #ICMKTG#UAkronMarketing
@AlexaKaye3@adage@dominos@Google 1. A technology trend that companies can take advantage of is AR. This would be a great idea for companies that typically sell baking/cooking appliances. They can use AR to show consumers their products during an interactive cooking demonstration. #UAkronMarketing#ICMKTG
