@BringHallBack4 Fans act like Colorado hasn't gone through and gotten about 5 different goalies from when they won the cup until now. You don't have to be stuck in this loop
@qbpick@_frogtober 1. Sabotage - Beastie Boys
2. Voodoo Chile (Slight Return) Jimi Hendrix
3. Don’t You Forget About Me - Simple Minds
4. Fast Car - Tracy Chapman
5. One - Metallica
@CryptoJoeLoZ@GrappleClips Same here. I was in Canada and remember vividly watching essentially that match. I don’t know if Warrior’s music even stopped playing
@EdRae11@LWillson_82 I think the answers show the division caused in the franchise. It’s like the entire history of the Esks died with the name change. But that’s what I was referring to. In 88 there were joint events with the Oilers and Esks with equal billing. Things were still ok until around 2005
@1CFLAtt Edmonton had dwindling attendance way before the name change. Not saying a certain section of the fanbase wasn't turned off by it, but that's not the reason, nor is it stadium location. It was 20ish years of poor fan experience, and appreciation, along with a mediocre product
@LWillson_82 I honestly don't know. There was an aura around the team within the city at that time, and Commonwealth was packed. It feels like around 2000 there started to be a very divisive tribalism between fans. To me, the NFL and CFL aren't competitors but rather complement one another
