Bankers gave up their Sunday to stand together during the 3-day strike. So don’t reduce this sacrifice to a payslip. Give ONE COMPENSATORY HOLIDAY OVER AND ABOVE SALARY. If a branch can resume operations within 24 hours, granting one day of compensatory rest within 48 hours should not be impossible.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Every 24x7 banking service has a banker behind it and a family waiting at home. We agreed to the 5-day week in March 2024 and accepted longer weekday hours. The regulator, the insurer and the Government all work 5 days.
