5-DAY BANKING WAS AGREED & SIGNED WAY BACK IN 2024.
Yet, years later, it remains conveniently “pending.” But when it comes to making bankers work on 𝟮𝟳.𝟬𝟵.𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — 𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 —the decision apparently needs NO YEARS OF DISCUSSION, NO DELAY, NO HESITATION.
𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧? → “𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗧.”

What a remarkable efficiency! 👏🏻
If only the same urgency existed for HONOURING COMMITMENTS.

@abhnv123 They earned the job through merit, not charity. The least they deserve is respect for the future they built. Tough to understand?? God bless u 🙏

@IDBI_Bank is not just a bank—it is part of India’s developmental legacy.
Established to meet the long-term financing needs of industry and agriculture, IDBI played a vital role in financing industrial growth and nation-building.
Selling it to a private bank raises a fundamental question: Should institutions built to serve the nation’s developmental needs be governed primarily by private profit?
Public interest, affordable credit, financial inclusion and India’s long-term economic priorities must not become secondary to commercial interests.
A nation’s financial institutions are more than assets on a balance sheet. Protect the public interest. Protect IDBI.

🏦 Banks open on Sunday amid a strike call? Suddenly, public convenience is the excuse!
Same public. Different standards. What logic is this?
Modernise banking, respect bankers, honour commitments. Stop using customer convenience selectively!

Totally Agree, in all their post they are criticising Leaders of UFBU, not a single post questioning GOVT or FM !! Why ? Show me single post where they question FM when she mock all PSU Banks. Even the So called प्रभारी called us anti national… Shame

🔥 *A POWERFUL SHOW OF UNITY, STRENGTH & ORGANISATIONAL COMMITMENT*! 🔥
The 45th Annual General Meeting of @boioapune Unit witnessed a thunderous and unprecedented participation of thousands of officers, under the dynamic leadership of President Shri Amol Sangale ji and General Secretary Shri @Pramod_Shinde09 ji.
*The presence of officers who travelled from every nook and corner of Maharashtra transformed the AGM into a magnificent demonstration of organisational unity, commitment and solidarity.*
We apprised the members of the prevailing scenario in the banking industry and the critical issues confronting officers. His address covered key organisational concerns including 5-Day Banking, PLI, recruitment, workforce trends and analysis, and various genuine demands relating to staff welfare, service conditions and employee benefits.
*The massive turnout and electrifying response of the members sent out a powerful message: the rank and file of Bank of India officers remain deeply connected with the Organisation, fully aware of the challenges before the banking industry, and firmly committed to protecting their legitimate rights and interests*.
The Pune general body meeting once again demonstrated the strength of collective leadership and the power of an organised membership. Such gatherings are not merely annual formalities—they are platforms that strengthen organisational consciousness, deepen member engagement and reinforce our collective resolve.
The overwhelming participation is a reflection of the deep-rooted faith and confidence of our officers in the Federation of Bank of India Officers’ Association.
*When the Organisation calls, our members respond*.
*When our members unite, the Organisation becomes stronger.*
*And when we stand together, no challenge is insurmountable*.

OUR STRENGTH IS OUR UNITY.
OUR IDENTITY IS FBOIOA. @nilesh_pawar15@fboioa_india
How ironic that the very people who stand at the forefront of serving customers are increasingly being treated as enemies by their own management.
A bank cannot truly serve the people while failing to respect its own people.

Bankers gave up their Sunday to stand together during the 3-day strike. So don’t reduce this sacrifice to a payslip. Give ONE COMPENSATORY HOLIDAY OVER AND ABOVE SALARY. If a branch can resume operations within 24 hours, granting one day of compensatory rest within 48 hours should not be impossible.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Members sacrificed thr Sunday for the 3-day strike. 1 day salary can’t replace family time. We demand 1 compensatory holiday, preferably on 3rd Oct.over and above salary. If branches can open within 24 hr., 48 hours is enough to grant the holiday. @aiboc_in@rupamsmail@UFBUIndia

My Take on UFBU Circular
1. High level Committee should conclude in Time Bound manner and Govt must be a Party of it.
2. PLI formula should be Uniform and not Zero for anyone.
Members must be Justified with details.
