@thisguysdumb Dude’s a fucking LION

@163fighter @CatRedFront Yeah I definitely don’t think the RCM is perfect by any means but to the initial point likeability is a very vibe based thing and I think with the depiction of the RCM as this kinda weak “peace corp” alongside Kim’s general character make it more reasonable for him to be likeable

[Sample Text @SampleText30mg]

@163fighter @CatRedFront This is fair but I think it’s just generally hard to say without further details and who knows maybe if it was someone who didn’t have the exceptional skills that Harry demonstrates throughout the game they would have been less forgiving

[Sample Text @SampleText30mg]

@163fighter @CatRedFront And given the actions of the Dockworker’s wouldn’t this make Kim seem even more righteous in his role because it seems like he has a genuine desire to help the community? I’m not a fan of police either btw believe me I’m just trying to reason why Kim is a likeable character

[Sample Text @SampleText30mg]

@163fighter @CatRedFront Yeah in the rigorous self-critique thought you learn that Harry tried shooting a fleeing suspect in the foot but ended up hitting them in the pelvis which crippled them although you really aren’t given any further details and this is in regard to Harry not Kim ultimately

[Sample Text @SampleText30mg]

@sangovins @CatRedFront Yeah it’s more like medium power lol but Kim mentioning the cops taking bribes from La Puta Madre is to reassure Harry that it doesn’t make him lesser for taking any money because so many other cops do it too but really there’s no set in stone proof of this

[Sample Text @SampleText30mg]

@CatRedFront There’s a lot of nuance I’ve missed regarding the Moralintern and their soft power over the region, but within the confines of the RCM, they’re much less nefarious than your average police department, and Kim probably doesn’t fully understand what he’s getting into.

I had to stop playing marvel rivals because I played as groot and I was saying "I am groot" too much so I switched the language to Chinese to try to break the habit but then I was just saying "wo shi groot" which is maybe worse
