Baring any last minute change of plans:

1. El- rufai's former chief of staff and finance commissioner Alh Bashir saidu.

2. Alh Ja'afar Ibrahim Sani, a former permanent secretary internal security and commissioner for local government under El-rufai will be moving to APC in the next 72 hours.

3. Arrangements have been concluded to receive them by Governor Uba sani.
