@chefcalum Bon courage as they say in the Auvergne. Along with ‘ An English that can cook?’ ‘It’s Sucre Sale, no?’ ‘Does this come with mint sauce?’ & other highly original (& oddly endearing) comments. Cooking professionally in France is a privilege & an eye opener!
