@SwiggyCares Also they closed the thread even when I asked for it to be escalated. It's a small amount but if I don't pay, I won't get the food so when I have paid, either I get the food or get my money back. It's a matter of principles.

@SwiggyCares To be honest, your reply doesn't solve my issue. What is your policy for a restaurant delivering less food than mentioned on your app? Sending 8 Momo instead of 10, saves them a plate. Could be a mistake but I paid for it and didn't get it. Atleast I'm eligible for a refund.

Can you please brainstorm and come up with some solution? There is no alternate way that one can use. May be segregation of route for T3 would help from a couple of kms.
