So… is the regulatory groundwork already in place? 🇪🇺👀

Let’s clear up the Pi + MiCA confusion.

🔹 November 2025 — PiBit Ltd submitted a MiCA-compliant white paper
🔹 January 15, 2026 — ESMA registered Pi’s white paper as entry #549
🔹 July 1, 2026 — MiCA enforcement began for CASPs
🔹 Pi remained available across Europe, with no broad delisting

This makes one thing clear: $Pi’s MiCA process isn’t just a community rumor. There is documented regulatory activity behind it.

Pi has also secured DTIF registration for a global digital token identifier (ISO 24165) while continuing to strengthen KYC/AML frameworks.

And here’s where things get even more interesting… 👀

Pi’s internal DEX is expected to operate with regulatory compliance from the beginning. #Nicolas and #Chengdiao Fan have previously indicated that the DEX could open once the necessary standards are in place.

So what’s left?
