Not my typical post, but for any business owners who need to hear it today, I know a few of ya'll do.
Business is hard.
Business will NEVER be easy.
It being hard DOES NOT mean you are doing something wrong.
Is anything worth having EASY?
I would certainly hope not.
Otherwise, victory would not exist.
Can things always be fixed/improved?
Absolutely, and they should.
But such is life that with each new solution you implement, you have simply CHOSEN new problems that come with that solution.
Having a bad day, week, or month doesn't mean you are a piece of shit that sucks at business.
It means you are HUMAN.
Even the Top .01% HAVE BAD DAYS.
The difference is they do not get emotional and quit.
They have less and less bad days and seasons because they chose to learn from those times and endure the discomfort rather than quit.
They accept this is part of the game and the focus on what to do to move forward.
This is a game of mental fortitude.
NO amount of money your business generates or people that help you build it will make your problems disappear
I can promise you that.
Business is a game of problems.
It is your job to dive headfirst into each problem AS UGLY AS IT MAY BE and solve it with logic.
The mindset that if it feels 'hard' you are doing it wrong is just completely false.
It is hard for everyone.
It is hard for the winners
It is hard for the losers
The funny thing is, most people don't even know if they are a winner or a loser, BECAUSE IT IS HARD FOR EVERYONE.
Stop saying 50 is middle aged.
“For US men only 1 out of 16,566 of us make it to 100.
True Male US Average Lifespan = 75.1 years.
Unpopular Conclusions:
When 37 years old, you are middle aged.
For half of us, halfway is less than 37.
Stop delaying… you gon’ die :)”

You can get back at everyone whoever wronged you, wanted you to fail, or held you down by simply being happy.
There is nothing that makes an adversary feel more powerless than you just continuing to live your life as though they never affected it, because they never did.
The quicker you act on realizing you have to attack life, not let it happen to you, the quicker you enjoy this journey versus wasting it on stress, anxiety, and worry
You must understand the following: In order to master a field, you must love the subject and feel a profound connection to it. Your interest must transcend the field itself and border on the religious.
