Muslims do not have a relationship with God. They “submit” to the will of Allah who is never known as and never is called “Father.” Allah does as he wills and Muslims cannot change his will. Allah’s will is absolute. By definition that’s not a mutual or reciprocal relationship.

Hindus have 330 million gods, which would make relationship in the normal sense difficult. They count among their primary gods: Brahma, Vishnu (Krishna) and Shiva (the Destroyer). There are many other littler gods from the escapades of the greater gods. Ganesh, for instance, was the son of Shiva by Goddess Parvati. Shiva mistakenly decapitated his own son and replaced his head with an elephant’s head. Hindus pick and choose which gods they like and chant to. If this is a relationship, it would be one of uncommitted polyamory.

Atheists are angry at God, so in a sense they have the most relationship with God. They cannot hide their feeling of bitterness and offense. If they truly believed there is no God, then they wouldn’t be emotional about the topic of God. They should never talk about God, but they incessantly do. They are better called anti-Theists, waiting to be better informed.

I’ll throw in Buddhists, who follow Buddha, a former Hindu prince who outrightly rejected Hinduism. He prohibited idolatry because he didn’t believe in the idols Indians worship. He rejected any kind of soul tie because that creates desire and desire creates karma and karma creates suffering (tukka). That’s why Buddha could leave his wife and son and go to meditate by himself. A true Buddhist would choose to cut off relationships, especially with the opposite sex.

Buddha rejected Hinduism, atheists reject Islam, Muslims reject Hinduism, Buddhism and atheism, so how can they all have the same or even similar “relationship” with God?

They can’t. Anyone with even a tiny bit of experience with other religions would know this. Ignoramuses who claim everyone has a similar relationship with God haven’t had experience with other religions. They are using Christian parlance to explain and understand the rest of the world which they don’t know.

Relationship with a holy God would be impossible for lost sinners. Hence Christianity is unique in its emphasis on restoring broken Relationships. The role of the Messiah in redeeming sinners and restoring our relationship with God the Father is unique.

Only Christians can call God “Heavenly Father,” Jesus “Savior and Friend,” and the Holy Spirit a personal “Guide and Comforter,” each of whom we can talk to daily. Each is knowable, has His own voice and yet are completely unified in the Trinity. Out of all religions, He’s the only God defined by Relationship from the start without needing Creation, humans, angels or anybody else. The Trinity is a complete Relationship and Person.
