As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;
How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. (Psalm 1:1–2, NASB95)
And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 18:2–3, NASB 95)
But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father did not plant shall be uprooted.
Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if a blind man guides a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:13–14, NASB 95)
You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. (Deuteronomy 4:2, NASB 95)
@Pastor_Gabe Ironically I was called a Calvinist before I had any clue what that even meant. Simply believing the inspired text of Scripture will get you there.
