@BalboaPark We need to make Earth Day a National Holiday. It would emphasize the importance of our world. Mother Nature is sick, frail and in desperate need of all people’s love . concern and unfortunately action. Can you imagine Congress addressing such an issue?

I wish I had an answer. I wish our mayor and City Counsel had clues. My thoughts tend toward tent cities.
