@CoxHelp PingPlotter has clearly shown it is the issue on Cox's end. I showed the techs and engineers this many years ago and they all agreed. They even showed me the noise in the lines with their own equipment in the area, yet it remains the same.

@CoxHelp Had a tech come out a week ago.. THE PROBLEM IS THE LINES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. From the tap and drop to house everything was in tolerance to spec. IT IS THE LINES IN THE AREA. 6 years of dealing with this and getting the run around, Sadly, ready to cancel Cox after 40 years.

@CoxHelp Thanks Mike, i know you are trying to help, but it is futile at this point. I will reach out to my contact at corporate in Atlanta later today, though i doubt he can make anything happen to resolve these issues. He tried in 2021, yet nothing was fixed with the infrastructure.
