@careinsuranceIN on renewal of our policy, amount showing Rs.48,716/- while deducted Rs. 49,181/-
On customer care call person was saying, additional amount charged by bank. While bank replied it is claimed by merchant. Now carehealth replied it is convenience fee @jagograhakjago

Care Health Insurance charged me hidden amount extra on premium value. Earlier they were saying this so called convenience fees charged by bank. Now bank cleared again that it is charged by care health only. Now refusing to return back.

Kindly reply as bank has confirmed that they didn’t charged any kind of convenience fee. Care Heath insurance charged the total amount of INR 49,181.63/- agains policy amount INR 48,756/-

@careinsuranceIN Again same reply. Earlier you were saying that it was charged by you separately but not able to mentioned in invoice. Now saying charged by bank, while bank replied it is charged by merchant. I have asked bank again and put you ([email protected]) in CC.

@careinsuranceIN So, it is in your policy terms and condition to charge hidden amount which is unknown to your consumers and not mentioned in policy.

Again Care Health insurance replied on mail that it is charged by bank, While bank already replied it is charged by Merchant (Care health insurance). This insurance company making fools their customers by replying same things again and again. @Divya_Bhaskar

Please look into this matter and help me to came out of this fraud. They are deducting hidden charges on name of convenience fee and not mentioning in invoice/police
Last year policy amount INR 40,486/-,
current year charged INR 49,181.63/-
mentioning INR 48,716/-

@careinsuranceIN Again same reply. Are you trying to scam me!! Now you are mentioning convenience fees is separately charged levied by bank while bank already replied that they has not levied any additional charges rather than policy amount. I need it refund.

Why you can’t able to provide invoice?
Are making fools to your consumers??
During payment it is not showing conveyance fee while it is deducted along with premium amount. Didn’t mentioning in invoice.

@careinsuranceIN It is over 40 days. Still the issue not resolved yet. Hope Department of Consumer affairs look into this matter seriously. I don’t know how much time and how many peoples they cheated by deducting amount rather than policy value. @jagograhakjago @jaagograhakjago @jagograhak_jago

@careinsuranceIN I have replied on same mail (dated March 07,2026) to send receipt with mentioning convenience fee in it which was charge extra on policy amount. But didn’t received any reply on it. The issue is not solve yet just wasting time. Hope GOI look in this matter. @jagograhakjago

@careinsuranceIN I agreed that you have charged convenience fee as mentioned in email on March-03,2026. My point is to put it in your invoice/payment receipt. It is not mentioned in your both receipt.
