@BoltonFibrosis @patientMpower Absolutely - check out my recent tweet- this was the feedback after two palliative care consultants gave talks on how to manage with Pulmonary Fibrosis. One patient even asked how to get referred to palliative care team.

A new study shows that vitamin D prevented pulmonary fibrosis in mice. The study also shows that people with PF often have low levels of vitamin D, and those who had more severe disease tended to have even lower vitamin D levels.

Disappointed with @Ryanair
Boarded on plane 2hours late, safety demo done only to be told that flight was cancelled, waited further 2hours to retrieve baggage, Ryanair help desk was unhelpful - alternative flights to be booked outselves or opt for refund. Still out of pocket :(
