@Paytm I booked an @AirIndia flight through Paytm. The flight was rescheduled, making me eligible for a full refund. Air India confirmed they transferred the full refund to Paytm, but after 3 weeks I've received only a partial refund. Please resolve this immediately.

I made the booking and the later flight got rescheduled and i cancelled the flight , and i was eligible for a full refund and only get the convenience fee and asked @airindia about it and they told I'm eligible for full refund then how are you @Paytm refund only convience fee ??
