@JohnEDeaton1 @CGasparino @Ripple They keep dropping the all important “solely” when they talk about Howey. There is no “solely” with crypto. A stock certificate is solely valuable because it reflects part ownership of a company and is tied to that co’s performance. It has no other value. A token or a coin does.
