Is this how u show ur resolution of complaint to be high? Damaging bike during servicing & after lodging complaint, then after few days “complaint closed mail”. No contact whatsoever. Pathetic customer service and support.

I purchased my Tata aig bike insurance from tata aig for Bharat series. Now that i have been contacting officials fr renewal of my 1st party ,they are saying it cannot be done. Who will be reponsible that my policy has lapsed on 31/10/25. @TATAAIGIndia @TataAIGMotor @TataAIG3

Even after 4 yrs in the policy without any claims, pathetic response from niva bupa. Neither upgrading the policy nor increasing the sum assured. Keeping one stuck to the policy forcefully. Not disabling autopay even after formal request.
