@anandmahindra Innovation and branding are important, but customer trust is built by reliable products and prompt service. Please pay more attention to the quality of Mahindra vehicles and ensure customers don't have to keep visiting workshops for unresolved issues.
@deepak_matta@Mahindra_Auto@MahindraRise@18002096006@anandmahindra "Please cooperate with the workshop."
"The issue has been resolved."
"Please allow us some more time."
Reality?
Multiple workshop visits.
Dashboard opened again and again.
Parts replaced in a new vehicle.
No accountability.
No permanent solution.
Days pass. Still no meaningful action from Mahindra.
Every complaint gets the same reply: "Our team will contact you shortly."
But no permanent solution follows. These copy-paste responses don't resolve customer problems. #ScorpioN#Mahindra
@18002096006@VikrantYadav29 Another copy-paste reply. "Our team will contact you soon" has become Mahindra's default answer for every complaint. Customers are asking for solutions, not automated responses. Please stop sending templates and start resolving genuine issues. @anandmahindra
🚨 Will anyone stand with me?
I bought a brand-new Mahindra Scorpio-N, expecting quality and rbility. Instead, I have faced repeated issues, multiple workshop visits, and endless follow-ups. Yet I continue receiving the same reply:
"Our team will contact you."

Can any automobile journalist, social media influencer, consumer rights activist, or media house raise my voice?
Please review my case and decide for yourself. Customers deserve answers, transparency, and accountability.
I have videos, emails, service records and repeated workshop visits documenting my experience.
Can any media house or consumer rights platform raise my voice?
Customers deserve accountability—not endless assurances that "someone will contact you."
I didn't buy a brand-new Scorpio-N to become a test vehicle.
Repeated workshop visits, repeated repairs, repeated promises—but no lasting resolution.
How many complaints, videos, emails and service visits does it take before Mahindra takes responsibility?
