@flipkartsupport @Flipkart What a fast cancellation service @flipkartsupport ...wow!! Extremely disappointed even after telling I need this product to be delivered, flipkart cancelled it now, how much effort i need to put for credit card chargeback and what about the 30 day funds usage by flipkart

[Sandesh Mali @Sandesh26234405]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart
This is the most financially draining and exhausting shopping experience I've ever had. My money is stuck, promises are being broken, and I am paying credit card bills for a product I haven't received. 👇
🔴 First Order: Ordered a 75-inch Samsung TV.

[Sandesh Mali @Sandesh26234405]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart which requires massive documentation.
Why is the customer facing 100% of the hassle for 0% of the fault? I do NOT want this order cancelled. I want my TV delivered as promised.
Order ID: OD438350683410935100
Resolve this immediately.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart 🔴 Financial Damage: The credit card bill for this order was generated, and I had to pay it out of pocket just to avoid bank due date penalties.
🔴 The Hassle: If Flipkart cancels THIS order too, I will have to initiate a manual, offline chargeback with my bank...

[Sandesh Mali @Sandesh26234405]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart 🔴 Current Status (OD438350683410935100): This second order was supposed to ship on Aug 14th. It still hasn't shipped. Delivery is slated for Aug 31st. Now another ₹60,000 is stuck for 20 days!

[Sandesh Mali @Sandesh26234405]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart 🔴 False Promises: Your customer care told me to place a fresh order and promised a ₹500 gift card for the inconvenience. I placed the new order. Later, CC backtracked and said they could only give ₹300. I agreed, just wanting my TV delivered!

[Sandesh Mali @Sandesh26234405]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart Flipkart cancelled it citing "logistics issues." My ₹67,000 was stuck in the system for 15 days.
