■Major burn cases, refer to Ktm. Or even India.
■ Cancer is suspected. Needs further workup or is a known case needs advanced treatment, also refered to Bharatpur/ bhaktapur / India.
These are simply things i remember rn, there are plenty of other things too.

Its just sad to see Pokhara lagging behind in so much aspect of Health Service.
■PoAHS has limited icu bed, its increasing soon, but still won't be enough, max. case is reffered if icu is required. Poor people would rather take families home instead of icu in other center.

■ If you have MI at night, and you arrive at hospital on time, there's almost no hospital willing to do PCI at night, you have to get lucky if they do.
■ If some cuts and accidents happen, even simple ones too, and it damages your dnvs, 0 CTVS in pokhara. Refer to Ktm.
@g4gyanendra Sadly 9.5 has expired , she required urgent dialysis, but entire pokhara doesn't have the facility for urgent em. dialysis of a seropositive case. Expired on the way to Nams.
Not sure about 1.5 , he was also referred for icu facility in next center.
It’s funny when people say doctors only go to medical school to get rich — going to medical school to get rich is a terrible plan. When I was 32, my friends from college who went into business all had titles like Senior Director of Money. Meanwhile, my official title was intern.

Nepal runs on 98% clean electricity.
It's #2 in the world for EV market share.
It produces less than 0.1% of global emissions.
It has also lost nearly a third of its ice in 30 years, and could lose 7% of its GDP by 2050.
Nepal did everything the world asked of it. It's being billed for what everyone else refused to do.
This isn't a plea for aid. It's an unpaid debt.
Chinese manjha is a bullshit terminology to deviate the blame away to China. These nylon strings coated with powdered glass are manufactured in Gujarat itself. If Govt wants to tackle the issue seriously, they could cancel the licence of those factories.
Doctors are perhaps the only professionals expected to be highly trained, permanently available, legally accountable, emotionally invested & somehow embarrassed about charging for it.
A ₹1,500 consultation after 10–12 years of training is “loot”
₹1,200 for a drink at a fancy bar? Lifestyle.
₹900 for a neopolitan pizza? Experience.
₹3,000 for a fancy haircut in Khan Market? Expertise.
But when a doctor charges for expertise, suddenly medicine must become charity.
By all means, PUNISH kickbacks, unnecessary tests & unethical practice. Ruthlessly.
But stupid politician who turn isolated malpractice into a morality play against an entire profession is not reforming healthcare. He is feeding an already convenient public prejudice. This dude, with not an ounce of morality, is suddenly targeting a profession already under so much scrutiny. (KEEP IN MIND NOBODY IS DEFENDING UNETHICAL PRACTICES)
Doctors are expected to charge like saints & pay rent, salaries, taxes & compliance costs like everyone else.
You cannot demand capitalism from the doctor’s expenses & charity from the doctor’s income.
So having a piece of paper is worth more than being born n raised in Nepal, create legacy presenting himself as Nepali. Shame on U n ur gov. @ShahBalen if u can't even take @nimsdai as own citizen. And u guys talk abt benefitting from NRN. Even Pr. William mentioned him as Nepali
