@AMCHDibrugarh with all due respect, I believe it's the sole responsibility of college authority to provide the requirements of their Students. I don't think apart from post PG residents, anyone else had to beg so much for their salary/ stipend.

It's very painful in not being paid your desired stipend even after providing round the clock duties during COVID pandemic. Our agony gets its supreme level when other fellow colleges like GMCH and SMCH receive their stipend in due time.
