Adv Dali Mpofu SC has been disrespected by legal chancers trying to get promotions using his name.

What’s cruel is that it worked. They got TV opportunities and book deals off destroying the decades long legacy of a hard working professional.

History will restore his name and shame those who chose to be parrots of a regime bending rules for favorites in power.

We have seen a lot of argument based on “I am part of the chosen voices so listen to me.”

I saw a group of people saying that the section 89 panel report on Phala Phala was weak in law, a report written by 3 legal professionals one of whom was the former chief justice.

They made it seem like this report would be overturned by the courts and guess what, it is still unchallenged in any legal forum. Which minds its prima facie findings stand.

The lack of progress in the matter is due to party politics and protection of leadership in the same way Zuma was protected during the Nkandla matter votes in parliament.

Anyway some people are now acting suprised that Adv Dali Mpofu SC makes brilliant legal arguments and has a solid legal mind. It’s because you listened to loud voices laced with an agenda to destroy. It’s also because you ignored what was being done politically for political favorites.
