Let me correct a notion here.
When we say Prophetic Medicine, we need to separate two things that people always mix up. There is a huge difference between the medicine of the ancient scholars and the medicine of the Prophet.
The books written by Muslim experts a thousand years ago represent the science of their era. It was based on their own human research.
But Prophetic Medicine, which is Tibb an-Nabawi, comes from divine revelation. The One who created the human body guided those words. It does not expire or become outdated.
We need to start looking at this from the angle that it is complementary rather than a substitution. Nobody is telling anyone to abandon hospitals or reject science.
I use the hospital when I need to. I was at the hospital last week because I needed to. Even the Prophet, told his companions to seek medical treatment from the best doctors around them.
You go to the hospital for your scans, your tests, and your surgeries. But you do not downgrade the timeless Sunnah to the level of changing human science. Never!
Have we asked ourselves: what do you do when people have sought orthodox medicine and are still in pain?
When you see people asking for these remedies online, you need to know that it is the second resort for over 90% of them.
Nobody wants to be bedridden. People want solutions to their problems. If orthodox medicine is proving ineffective, they will seek a solution.
A lot of these prophetic remedies are not documented in modern scientific papers. The people who know them learned them through a chain of teachers passing the knowledge down across generations.
They are highly under-researched in modern clinical settings. But a lack of modern research does not mean a lack of cure.
We should thank God for good health. If you ask anybody in the field of prophetic medicine, prophetic medicine is not obsolete. It is gold, and effective as ever.
Allah knows best.
✅Let’s learn something tonight.
You guys have heard about cupping, which is Hijama. You know about the black seed. But there is another major branch of Prophetic Medicine that is almost entirely forgotten today.
It is called Sa'oot (سعوط).
What does it mean? Sa'oot is the Arabic term for administering medicine through the nose. Think of it like modern nasal drops or nasal inhalation. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used this method and heavily prescribed it for respiratory illnesses.
The most famous use of Sa'oot in the Sunnah involves a root called Qust al-Hindi, which is Indian Costus.
During the time of the Prophet, when a child had swollen tonsils (belubelu in local parlance) or a severe throat infection, mothers had a painful habit of physically pressing on the tonsils with their fingers to treat it.
The Prophet saw this and rebuked it. He told them to stop torturing their children and commanded them to use Sa'oot with Qust instead.
The process is very straightforward. You take the finely ground powder of the Qust, mix it with a few drops of olive oil or water, have the sick person tilt their head back, and drop it into the nostrils.
The medicine travels through the sinus passage, clears the respiratory tract, and attacks the throat infection directly from the source.
It shows the depth of Tibb an-Nabawi. We were not just told what herbs to consume. We were given the exact medical pathways to administer them long before modern clinics created nasal sprays.
Allah knows best.
When Karl Marx made this nonsense statement you pseudo-intellectuals carry about, he was probably drunk at the time.
One of the major reasons why Marx failed in all of his sociological theories is because he completely failed to understand the place of God in human establishment.
He built his entire ideology on anthropocentrism. He foolishly placed man at the center of the universe and ignored the Creator.
Let’s take the Marxism theory as an example. Marxism completely ignores basic human nature. It assumes you can strip away personal incentives and people will work happily for the state.
Every single time his theory was tested in real life, it collapsed into brutal dictatorships, mass starvation, and economic ruin. The theory cannot even calculate the value of goods without a free market.
Ask yourself: How many people even recognize or successfully practice this theory today? The few places that tried it had to abandon it or turn their countries into massive prison camps to force people to comply.
In Islam, anyone who adopts and practices this ideology is committing a grave sin and in fact, a pathway to disbelief. The core of Marxist theory is dialectical materialism. It explicitly teaches that there is no God, no unseen world, and no afterlife. It tries to replace religion with the state.
This goes entirely against what Allah wants for His creation. God established divine laws for trade, private ownership, inheritance, and charity. Marxism tries to erase all of these and put a flawed, godless human system in its place.
So when he said religion is the opium of the masses, why should any reasonable person be surprised?
You think quoting a failed philosopher makes you sound smart. You call it madness because your mind cannot grasp anything beyond your immediate senses. Dismissing centuries of preserved spiritual knowledge does not make you an intellectual. It just exposes how narrow your worldview is.
We are dealing with unseen realities here, not hallucinogens. If you think existence is only limited to what you can see and touch, then you need to touch grass. You are the one living in a deep illusion.
Let everyone Datiemo. Sogbo?
Wike’s confirmation that, if the President had wanted to win the just concluded Osun election at all costs, he would have been directly involved tells you everything you need to know about the Machiavellian politics—where the end justifies the means—that we play in Nigeria. It is not about the masses, campaigns, reforms, policies, or anything else. It is about the brazen display of political might and the determination to win by hook or by crook. Perhaps, in retrospect, this is a pointer to what we should expect in 2027.
People on this app never cease to amaze me. A Muslim recommended Ruqya + prophetic medicine to his fellow Muslim to help manage his crisis, non-Muslims who have no business with the post started ranting.
Now, they have with their open chest advised a Muslim to come to Redeem in the name of healing. You will then ask yourself when Redeem became a cancer centre.
Go to the CS and see their hypocrisy for yourself. Hypocrisy thrives where disbelief lies.
If you are a Muslim, be bold with what you believe in. If you like, let them whine you.

Gaskiya if you are a Muslim and you can read anything written in English but cannot open the Qur’an and read anywhere in it, you should be ashamed of yourself.
And that shame should push you to promise yourself that you will learn to read the Qur’an.
You are not even English, yet you can read the English language.
You have no excuse whatsoever.
Alhamdulillah.
Thanks to everyone who made this possible, especially @UEFA for the trust, opportunity and welcoming me with open arms.
My confederation, @CAF_Online for the support and making this possible.
Lastly, thanks to everyone who cheered me on and supported my journey.
Mallam Auwal, a resident of Hayin Babban Saura Police Quarters in Kaduna, has reportedly been killed by kidnappers (bandits) after his family paid ₦12 million in ransom.
He was abducted from his home and even after the ransom was paid, the kidnappers allegedly killed him and claimed they had buried his body. The family still doesn’t know exactly when he was killed.
His son, who delivered the ransom, is still in their custody despite their promise to release him.
Yesterday (Wednesday), August 12, 2026, a Salatul Gha’ib was held for Mallam Auwal at Murtala Square, Kaduna. Family and community members gathered to pray for him.
May Allah forgive him, have mercy on his soul and give his family the strength to bear this painful loss. May Allah also free his son and bring him home safely.
A family paid ₦12 million believing it would save their loved one, only to end up mourning him. How many more families have to go through this before the cycle of ransom payments and killings finally ends?
