FIR has been lodged under the following sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:

- Section 189(2)
- Section 190
- Section 191(2)
- Section 115(2)
- Section 118(2)
- Section 137(2)
- Section 138(2)
- Section 151(2)
- Section 352
- Section 351(2)
- Section 351(3)

we urgently request @ssaunik ,@CMOMaharashtra that this matter be taken up with the Hon’ble District Magistrate. It is imperative that the culprits be immediately taken into police custody to prevent any further harm or obstruction of justice.

Furthermore, considering the seriousness of the charges under the aforementioned sections of the BNS, 2023, we also request that you ensure that the accused are not granted bail. The sections under which the FIR has been lodged are non-bailable, and it is crucial that the law is enforced to its full extent to maintain public order and uphold justice.

Your prompt action @MahaDGIPR @DGPMaharashtra in this matter will be highly appreciated to ensure that the legal process is not undermined and that the perpetrators are brought to justice without delay.
