Hard to believe it's been 10 years since my first team event triathlon. The runner was an accomplished sub-3hr marathoner, the biker a lifelong triathlete and accomplished rider and then there was me... I had only just taught myself to open water swim earlier in 2015!

We all agreed on the team name Sandpit Snails, "sandpit" for city built in the desert and "snails" because we would be slow, but primarily because of their swimmer, yours truly😂

Naturally there were huge swells that morning and I ended up having to breast stroke for half of the swim, but I finished and that's all that matters!

Slow and steady finishes the race, whether a triathlon, longterm investing or life in general... keep taking meaningful steps forward and don't forget to enjoy the journey along the way.

Rather than applaud the achievements of mankind, factories will be built for the sole purpose of manufacturing western copium.

Consider avoiding the first 15 minutes of open as it is typically chop… wait for the first 15min candle to close, then assess if there is a clear bias.

Also be aware that 10am news often results in a huge swing. Good to check the calendar to see what kind of news is being reported.

@Liathetrader @bryan_johnson A good measure for grip strength is the dead hang. Simply grab onto a pull-up bar and hang as long as you can. If you get to 60 secs, that’s reasonably good. If you can do 90 secs or longer, that’s excellent.

There was a time when America leveraged the British to fight off the French and Indians. America then leveraged the French to fight off the British which lead to bankruptcy and the French Revolution. America then leveraged the British navy to enforce the Monroe Doctrine against all the European powers.

It should be blatantly obvious that Israel is playing America for Israeli interests, not American interests. They have engineered their own "cloak of righteousness" to pursue territory and regional power. They have taken a chapter out of American history and leveraged it against America.

Can you clarify how Israeli interests are helping to "Make America Great Again"?
