.@Nati_bayona At the end of #RADcamp, everyone presented a slide on their results from a PCA and RAxML tree that they generated in ipyrad analysis toolkit. They learned Jupyter notebooks, ipyrad, Unix utilities, called variants, and analyzed data in just 2 days!!
Thanks to all of our co-authors on each article and to @Nati_bayona, @twpierson, @BadDNAUGA. We’ve been eating our own dog food using each of these approaches for a number of different projects over the past 5 years or so, and we hope others find them useful. [2/2]
