Reddington exited the courtroom after the mistrial declaration and went after the juror, accusing him of wasting the other jurors' time and of having "an agenda."

The comments immediately raised concerns about singling out a juror, with legal analysts warning the rhetoric could expose that person to threats should his identity ever be revealed.

Let’s call this what it is, the defense attorney in the Lindsay Clancy trial just doxxed the lone member of the jury that led to this mistrial. By publicly pointing out that the single holdout in the 11-1 mistrial was one of only three men on the jury, he put a massive, dangerous target right on that man’s back. Why would a defense lawyer leak specific demographics about a lone holdout? Because it sends a chilling message to every single juror who will ever sit in that courtroom if they have a retrial:

“Align with us, or we will expose you to the mob.”

We are living in a terrifying time when the press and defense attorneys can weaponize public pressure against a lone citizen doing his civic duty. If the media outs this man, his safety is on their hands. Pray for that juror's safety.

A hung jury is not an acquittal.

The decision on whether to try Lindsay Clancy again belongs to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office — not the defense and not the deadlocked jury.

If prosecutors decide to move forward, there can be a new trial, a new jury and another chance to reach a verdict.

After a reported 11–1 deadlock, I hope prosecutors do exactly that.

Three children lost their lives.

Cora. Dawson. Callan.

Their case should not end because one jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision.

If it takes another jury to reach a verdict, retry the case.

Everyone is rightfully outraged over migrants in Ceuta beating a baby dolphin to death, but European children are raped and killed by migrants on a daily basis and we barely see this level of fury.

It took a dolphin calf. That says something about the way our society views the value of human children.

Take the Lindsay Clancy case. She strangled her three children to death and the left and feminists all rushed to her defense.

If she had strangled three dolphin calves instead, none of them would have defended her.

There’s something deeply wrong here.
