Jawaharlal Nehru spent years in British prisons during the freedom struggle, and under his leadership institutions such as the IITs, AIIMS, DRDO, and major public sector enterprises were established—institutions that continue to serve the nation today.

Democracy demands that citizens distinguish between verified facts and sustained political messaging. Patriotism is not determined by slogans or propaganda; it is measured by sacrifice, public service, and commitment to the Republic.

A mature democracy deserves debates based on evidence—not narratives repeated until they are mistaken for truth.
