It sounds like a father who loves his son and is proud of him for getting through a season, which was tough because he didn’t get opportunities, with patience and dignity. And it runs deeper… he doesn’t behave like a superstar dad who is frustrated with his son. I know dads who would yell at their sons behind closed doors and order them to quit and stop embarrassing their legacy. Instead, he publicly backs his son by appreciating his efforts and attitude. Arjun has been so mature and dignified about it. I’d be proud of a son like that too. Have a heart man. And as far as yesterday’s match was concerned… PBKS hit 200 and Arjun was the only bowler with a single digit economy rate. The others, who are regulars, were getting tonked for 12s and 13s an over. Exceptional for a guy playing his first game of the campaign after gathering rust for 13 games. And bowling against a team playing for their last chance at a playoffs berth. That’s enough reason for Arjun to hold his head high even in defeat.

A few days ago, Smt Shanawaz garu, a native of Vayalpadu in Annamayya district, shared a heartfelt video seeking help to return safely to India from Oman after facing serious difficulties there. After this issue came to my notice, I requested the Ministry of External Affairs @MEAIndia to kindly intervene and extend all possible support for her safe return.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to the @MEAIndia , whose swift response, constant coordination, and humanitarian approach made this possible. I also sincerely thank the Indian Embassy @Indemb_Muscat officials and the Oman Authorities @Oman_GC for their timely support and cooperation in ensuring her safe return to our motherland. My appreciation also goes to the Janasena Gulf cadre, NDA alliance cadre, and the APNRT Association, who continuously stood by her and coordinated throughout the process.

I am happy to share that last night she safely landed in Hyderabad, visited my office today, and has now been safely sent to her residence.

They came to Pahalgam with their families to witness the beauty of Kashmir… carrying memories, hopes, and moments of happiness. But in a matter of moments, the brutal terror attack carried out by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists driven by religious extremism in Pahalgam, which claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians, remains a painful reminder of the inhuman face of terrorism. The pain of that tragedy still remains in the heart of every Indian.

One year ago today, the Government of India launched Operation Sindoor, through which the Indian Armed Forces delivered a decisive response by striking terrorist camps and dismantling the infrastructure supporting terrorism. Backed by the unity and support of 140 crore Indians, Operation Sindoor demonstrated India’s strength, determination, precision, and military capability before the world.

A transformative step for Andhra Pradesh’s growth and connectivity

Heartfelt gratitude to the Union Government under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji and Hon’ble Union Railway Minister Shri @AshwiniVaishnaw ji for officially declaring in the Gazette of India for constituting the South Coast Railway Zone with headquarters at Visakhapatnam, effective from June 1, 2026.

This historic decision brings the Guntakal, Guntur and Vijayawada divisions of South Central Railway along with the restructured Waltair division, now renamed as Visakhapatnam division, under the new zone, significantly strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s railway network. The creation of a new Rayagada division under East Coast Railway further enhances operational efficiency.

This long-awaited step will accelerate regional development, improve connectivity and create new opportunities for the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Sincere thanks to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri @ncbn garu for his consistent efforts in achieving this for the state.
