🚨💔 ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIĆ SPEAKS ON JAMAL MUSIALA’S FRIGHTENING COLLAPSE
🗣️ “Football will still be there when he’s 25. A damaged body won’t.”
Zlatan Ibrahimović has urged Jamal Musiala to put his health ahead of football after the Bayern star was left struggling on the pitch.
“People can say it was the heat or that he’ll be fine, but we shouldn’t ignore what happened. Musiala has already endured a serious injury, months of recovery and the mental battle that comes with trying to return at the highest level.
Then, just when he is getting back into rhythm, his body sends another warning.
I know what it feels like when your mind says ‘keep going’ but your body says something completely different. As footballers, we are trained to fight through pain, but there comes a moment when fighting through everything can become dangerous.
Musiala doesn’t need to prove anything right now. He doesn’t need to rush back for a big game or satisfy the expectations of a club, a coach or millions of fans.
He needs to stop. Breathe. Get properly checked. And if his body needs time, give it time.
Football will still be waiting for him at 25, 26 or even 30. But your health is something you cannot replace.
I’m not saying he should retire. Absolutely not. He is young, gifted and has so much of his career ahead of him.
But the next time his body speaks, he needs to listen.
Because trophies can be won again. Matches can be replayed. Careers can have second chapters.
But you only get one body. ❤️🩹
Sometimes, the strongest decision a footballer can make is knowing when NOT to play.”
