@BankofAmerica I get these are unprecedented times but I’ve tried to get a live rep on the phone for 4 days re: missing funds. First the wait time was 3hrs. Now its a msg that reps can’t assist at this time & to try my call again later. No email/online chat options. What do I do?

@JetBlue As a blogger & PR/corp comms manager for 20yrs I know that’s what you have to say. But no weather w/in 1000 mi of Boston (screenshot few min ago). Not being transparent w/customers who saw via @flightaware hrs earlier the originating flight was delayed is poor #customerservice.

Furious w/ @JetBlue. Lost vacation time: 30 hrs & counting. Canceled flight yesterday b/c of quick storm. Wouldn’t rebook on another airline. Rebooked on @JetBlue today to a diff airport so we wouldn’t lose more time & 2+ hr delay. No weather, just can’t get their sh@t together.

@JetBlue Its Flight 993. Our original flight to Salt Lake City last nite was canceled. Flying into Denver instead of SLC b/c there were no available SLC flights for days. Just told flight delayed another 3hrs.
