@Vodacom it is frustrating to get a call being notified that an Contract I had that ended in Oct 2024 & it was also cancelled by me because of the being on unable to claim for a stolen device then 2day I get a call 10:12 that my acc is handed over for being in arrears
@AVBOBSA very dissatisfied in your service dating back from November 2025 I tried fixing the details captured incorrectly upon many failed attempts I then asked my policy to be cancelled . Till today my policy is not cancelled 😡

I have an issue of and unauthorised debit order on my account of R637.86 that tried to Debit yesterday please assist as I don’t recall entering into an agreement of such an amount of money.
