सब लोग कई दिन से AC के बारे में उल्टी सीधी पोस्ट कर रहे हैं , इसलिए मैने सालों के अनुभव से AC के बारे में ये पोस्ट लिख रहा हूं ,

क्योंकि मेरा स्पेशलाइजेशन RAC में हैं !

जब हम एसी खरीदने जाते हैं तो दुकानदार और टेक्नीशियन अक्सर हमें ऐसी बातों में उलझा देते हैं कि हमें समझ ही नहीं आता कि सही क्या है !

सबसे पहले तो ये समझ नहीं आता कि AC कितने Ton का लेना हैं , और दुकानदार कमाने के लिए गलत AC चिपका देता हैं !

लेकिन इसे आप इस आसान गणित से समझ सकते हैं:

सबसे पहले अपने कमरे का Volume निकालते हैं , जिसमें AC लगवाना है,

Volume = Lenght × Width × Hight

मान लेते हैं लंबाई 20 फीट , चौड़ाई 12 फीट और ऊंचाई 10 फीट हैं ,

तब Volume = 20×12×10= 2400 Cubic Feet

अब इससे BTU निकालेंगे , उसके लिए हमें Volume में 5 से गुणा करना पड़ेगा !

BTU= Volume × 5

इसलिए BTU = 2400×5
BTU = 12000

अब BTU से Ton में बदलना सीखेंगे ;

12000 BTU = 1 Ton होता हैं !

इसलिए Ton = BTU ÷ 12000

इसलिए हमारा Ton = 12000÷12000
यानि कि Ton = 1

इसलिए हमें इस लंबाई चौड़ाई के कमरे में 1 Ton का AC पर्याप्त होगा !

अगर इतना नहीं करना तो एक सामान्य तरीका भी है , अगर आपका कमरा 100 स्क्वायर फीट से कम का है तो 1 Ton,

अगर 100 से 150 स्क्वायर फीट के बीच में हैं तो 1.5 Ton ,

अगर 150 से 200 स्क्वायर फीट के बीच में हैं तो 2 Ton तक का AC लेना चाहिए !

लेकिन आपका रूम छत पर है डायरेक्ट सनलाइट आती हैं तो आधा टन बढ़ा कर भी ले सकते हैं !

सावधानियों की बात करें तो एसी लगवाते समय हमेशा ध्यान रखें कि आउटडोर यूनिट ऐसी जगह हो जहाँ हवा का वेंटिलेशन अच्छा हो !

अगर बाहर वाली मशीन ही गर्म हवा में घिरी रहेगी, तो वह कमरे को ठंडा करने में बहुत ज्यादा बिजली खाएगी !

पाइप की लंबाई जितनी हो सके कम रखें, क्योंकि पाइप जितना लंबा होगा, कूलिंग उतनी ही घटती जाएगी !

हमेशा कॉपर कॉइल वाला ही AC लें, क्योंकि एल्युमीनियम कॉइल सस्ते तो होते हैं लेकिन उनमें लीकेज की समस्या बहुत आती है और उन्हें रिपेयर करना नामुमकिन होता है !

टेक्नीशियन का सबसे बड़ा खेल होता है गैस लीकेज का !

जब भी आपका एसी कम कूलिंग करता है, टेक्नीशियन आकर सबसे पहले यही कहेगा कि गैस खत्म हो गई है ,

लेकिन एसी की गैस कभी खत्म नहीं होती जब तक कि कोई छेद न हो , वे अक्सर बिना लीकेज ठीक किए सिर्फ गैस भर देते हैं, जो कुछ दिन बाद फिर निकल जाती है !

हमेशा उनसे कहें कि पहले साबुन के झाग से लीकेज चेक कराएं और उसे वेल्डिंग करवाएं, तभी गैस डलवाए !

एक और तरीका है कैपेसिटर या सेंसर खराब बताना ,कई बार सिर्फ गंदगी की वजह से मशीन ट्रिप करती है,

लेकिन टेक्नीशियन पार्ट्स बदलने के नाम पर ₹1000-₹2000 का चूना लगा देते हैं !

सर्विसिंग के समय ध्यान दें कि वे सिर्फ ऊपर से पानी न छिड़कें, बल्कि इंडोर यूनिट की जालियों और फिन्स को अच्छे से जेट पंप से साफ करें !

कई बार वे जानबूझकर पाइप को गलत मोड़ देते हैं ताकि बाद में दिक्कत आए और आप उन्हें फिर बुलाएं !

हमेशा कंपनी के ऑथराइज्ड टेक्नीशियन से ही काम कराएं और पुराने निकले हुए पार्ट्स को कभी भी टेक्नीशियन को न ले जाने दें !

जब नया AC इंस्टॉल करवाए तो ध्यान दे कि Gas डालने से पहले कम से कम आधा घंटा तक कंप्रेशर को वैक्यूम किया जाए ,

क्योंकि टेक्नीशियन जल्दबाजी के चक्कर में नहीं करते हैं , इसलिए कूलिंग की समस्या आ जाती हैं !

अगर आप इन बारीकियों को समझेंगे, तो कोई भी मैकेनिक आपको बेवकूफ नहीं बना पाएगा !

The Amravati Story

A 19-year-old Muslim boy raped over 200 Hindu, Sikh, Christian girls in 2 years in Amravati (Maharashtra)

▪️The next step was cafés- they took the girls out for cold coffee and snacks.

▪️Then came Snapchat, the girls were added to Snapchat groups and introduced to Islam. Their brainwashing started there.

▪️Next came gifts, they gave the girls expensive presents.

▪️The final step was sex. These girls were taken to their rooms or Oyo hotels, where they were sexually exploited and their videos were recorded.

▪️Now the question arises: where were they getting so much money to spend on over 200 girls?

▪️The initial investment was made by a gang called the Barood gang - a local beef mafia and sand mafia group with connections to political leaders. They funded these Muslim boys.

▪️In return, the boys had to send the girls to middle-aged Muslim men from the Barood gang for sex.

▪️Once the videos were recorded, these girls became a money-making source. They were used for escort services and blackmailed for extortion.

▪️All this continued for two years.

These boys have now been arrested, but the bigger question is: when will the powerful white-collar people who funded them be arrested? Or will the Amravati police protect them?

The same thing happened in the Ajmer case as well. Only the main conspirators were arrested, but the white-collar people behind them were never touched.
