Required Percentile in PG-NEET is Now Zero !
NEET was touted as an equitable merit-based system to streamline undergraduate and post graduate admissions to medical colleges in India so that the top ranked students get the seats and the worst get weeded out. But there is another ostensible function of the NEET.
To provide medical seats to bottom of the intellectual heap from rich families in private medical colleges with sky high fees which only they can afford. Most such medical colleges are owned by politicians.
To match these two categories of people the NEET has done a remarkable job over the years at the cost of bright (but not the top ranked econonomically middle class students) the ones who can afford only government medical colleges' fees.
However even then the very rich students were failing to get both UG and PG seats because they could not get even the very low ranks. To further its goal, the Central Government has come out with a new circular declaring that in order to qualify for PG counselling the qualifying percentile in NEET has been reduced to zero.
There may be no body below you in the NEET ranking, but you can still join a superspeciality course, provided you are rich enough.

We published regarding our experience in Tele-Psychiatry services before COVID and post COVID in 2020. Despite having several advantages, patients still prefer face to face consultations.
Perhaps the humane connect is better offline.
